The Kingdom of Pelladane has long been the heartland of the Lycini, but it is not our only holdings. We have taken up residence in the fantastic city of Tempest Bay. The token of esteem I have given you, your cape, is an ancient relic of Brevane. A product of their Empyrean Mechanics. In Tempest Bay Dame Uragano can teach you how to empower it. Speak to Artifex Abaton to arrange transport.
