Description
The Uttilians in the western half of the city are another matter. They have fallen under the sway of a deadly cult, the Order of the Fallen Star. I am told this cult seeks to destroy any and all Ascended beings. They seek to kill Ahnket, and they seek to kill you, [%NAME]. I am told they have joined the Storm Legion as spies. I sense their infiltration here among the Uttilians will tip the scales ultimately in Ahnket's favor. Perhaps they will be successful in harming you, or Asha, or me? I am told that the Uttilians have a test that can detect OFS cultists who have joined with the Storm Queen. Quickly, [%NAME] we must remove this threat.
