The illegal gambling continues despite my efforts. Worse, Felix is extorting protection money from the merchants! Protection from who? He's the only threat they face. Get the money back, but be careful - the Ironhook Watchers will kill you if they catch on.

Great work getting back that Protection Money. This should show Felix and the Ironhook gang that no one is above the law. Felix is a vengeful one though. I'm certain there will be some response from him... Unless, of course, you act first.
