Dame Sigga in King's Retreat wants you to collect Controlling Stones from the Degenerated Defiants to the south.Description
The people of Freemarch were suspicious of us even before the Degenerated Defiants attacked. The Endless Court is using foul magic to control our fallen comrades - but the locals don't know the difference. They just see Defiants going crazy. We need to find out how to stop it.

So, these Controlling Stones somehow give the Endless Court power over the Degenerated Defiants? I'll send them to Meridian so our mages there can divine this magic. It's wrong for our enemies to control the husks of our former friends. That's our right.
