Description
While we managed to get many of Smith's Haven's citizens to safety, others are holed up within a supply cave in the town. They can't last there forever. I've heard that Ted Powell is in charge there. Find him, and help get those people out of harm's way.

Thank you for helping in the evacuation. The fewer of our people trapped in Smith's Haven, the easier it is for us to strike out against the Endless Court.
