You've come about Whitefall? Good. I need more strong recruits. The Storm Legion ravaged a pair of towns there. It is a devastating sight, not a single soul has been left with their freedom of will. The Legion was chased off before they could remove some of the artifacts by which they subjugated the people. We want them. The Guardians want them. This poses an obvious problem.
