Description

I... I managed to pull out of the haze I've been in long enough to speak to you. I don't know where I've been or what I've been doing. So many gaps, so many hallucinations. I'm not even sure if this conversation we're having is real. It is important that you understand how to keep the Abyssal out of Meridian. I placed magical seals around the perimeter to keep them out. This is their home, and the magic here was too powerful for anyone to undo. The best I could do is bandage their points of incursion. I fear they may be weakening. I am going to grant you the ability to see them. Take this. Use it to reinforce any weaknesses you find in the seals. Confront whatever or whoever stands in your way.

Upon completion

We must act quickly. I don't know how long we'll be able to keep him down.

In low resolution mode I could NOT see any of the markers that I needed to use the "Arcane seal binding' on. I had to uncheck 'low quality renderer' and reboot the game to be able to see these clouds to click on. Yet another buggy quest for low res <sigh>

NOTE! When you get to the part to 'Speak with Uriel about the Faceless Man' do NOT jump down and go back inside Meridian, you need to talk to her up top where the "Fourth Cloaked Teleporter" takes you. I made that mistake and had to drop and retake the quest from the Faceless man to get to her again <sigh>
