The Tribunal greets you once again, [%NAME]. This time we do not have news of the villain Hylas and his cult, but instead some defectors from his court. Many from the Plane of Life do not take well to being ruled by someone once mortal. There have been defections, faeries seeking to find other sources. The Ascended Thomas Penthas searches for such expatriates in Moonshade Highlands, in the shadow of the fallen dwarven city. Seek him out and he will tell you more.
