Description
Now that the skelf clutch has hatched, they will each pact bind to another creature. Much as we would like for them to pledge their life in defense of Atragaria, it would be wrong to not educate them to the vast array of creatures that swim the seas. It is not our place to interfere with their fate. Swim among the clutchlings; talk to them and their teachers. You are nearly as new to this world as they are; the education will benefit you both.
Upon completion
Bulf will join the Akvan horrors. There is no stopping it. He has glimpsed the power of their alien minds and given himself over to them utterly. But many of the others have chosen less evil paths. All except the youngest, Finric. He has chosen to forgo making his pact, for now.
