Description
I was not chosen to be Arbiter because I was the greatest of the Runemasters. Ha! Far from it. I believed others were arrogant with their power, and perhaps it was that humble observation that had Bahralt choose me from all the others to carry out his will.
Just as you have learned of the Runemasters before I was the Arbiter, I wish for you to see my memory of being chosen by Bahralt. My memory of carrying out Bahralt's will to build this place. How I became who I am today, from who I was back then.
Upon completion
So you see now that Bahralt foresaw the death of Hammerknell. That he foresaw a need for all of this knowledge and mastery of the runes to be safeguarded.
Why, you may ask, did Bahralt not simply have me aid Hammerknell? Surely as Arbiter, and with the knowledge of the Runic Athenaeum, I could have done something.
For a time that too plagued my mind... but I knew then as I know now, that Bahralt's plan has always been in motion, and my small part must be played.
Then the temporal changes began and I knew that Bahralt needed me for the future. Something dark stirs in the memory of the world, [%NAME]. It is changing what once was. That memory you witnessed is not how it happened. Khagrim never betrayed me, and yet now he has...
It is now that the power of the Arbiter of the Runemasters is needed most.
In the name of my time betrayed brothers, let us unleash it!
