Description
It's time to start rebuilding the travel stones so they can send people to Ember Isle. We must solve Karine's mystery, and quickly! Restoring the stones will be a delicate process. Speak with Valkov, Alexsil, and Kerasta, who are leading the reconstruction effort. They'll give you the overview, then please help them wherever you can. The sooner we get to Ember Isle, the sooner we'll find out what happened, and can aid the people there.
