Furias Talwin wants you to use the Simplicity Wand on the boglings of Sunken Marsh to reduce their intelligence. Sunken Marsh is located south of the Marsh House.Description
I was testing Nora's intelligence enhancement spell on the boglings when Maffle, one of my test subjects, became so clever he escaped. What if he's instructing the others to march on Argent Glade! Use this Simplicity Wand on them to undo any harm I've done.
Upon completion
The wand caused the boglings to disintegrate? That's horrible! I had no idea it would have such an effect. I only meant to reduce their wits by a measure or two. On the bright side, this does prove that the boglings are still no more intelligent than a common rat.
