Deliver the Gauntlet of the Vigil Pendant to Marshal Kain at Kain's Command.Description
By his armor and clothing, this was definitely a Guardian agent. Around his thick neck hangs a pendant engraved with "Kain's Fist." This must be one of the 12th Sanctuary Guard. His commanding officer will likely want to know of this soldier's fate.
Upon completion
This was Nikol's Pendant. He went to investigate the pump at Keenblade Mill. I can only assume the fool was killed before he could complete his work. I swear it would be more successful to send one of the guard dogs than these soldiers.
