Description
So the Wanton want to release a water demon from the bottom of the sea? Fine. I guess they are finally going to have to learn how to swim. Stop the lessons and you stop the threat. My spies report a great number of Wanton learning how to swim in the Dream Furnace. The goblins are terrible at it, the kobolds are slightly better, only the dragonians seem to have any skill with diving.
Upon completion
You've killed off all their troops that know how to swim. Now we can focus on this Demogos without his minions interfering.
