Description
I have reason to believe the Corruptive Orbs may have something to do with Lord Arak, but I need to find their source to be certain. It will take me some time to journey to the Plane of Water, so in the meantime, go to the Commissar and inform him of our mission. Once you have assured his cooperation, meet me at Tarken Ascent.
