I have an employee, not so reliable as Lessa here, whom I sent to collect an Eternal relic. Though successful, Wicket, however, refused to hand it over. Speak to him and do whatever it takes to get it, for its power will further increase that of the Dormant Weapon. And, of course, rift energy. We'll always need more rift energy!
Upon completion
Between the power emanating from the Eternal Gyre and what you captured from the rifts, I believe the Dormant Weapon is ready to evolve yet again!
