Captain Ledisko wants you to use the Sigil of the Stormbreaker to destroy creatures from the Winds of Ill Fortune rift on the Howling Plateau and then seal the Reliquary of the Storm Queen in the center of the air rift.- Kill creatures from the Winds of Ill Fortune rift

Description
This Sigil of the Stormbreaker is truly a weapon of the gods, and you are obviously their chosen champion. Now we must deal with the Reliquary of the Storm Queen at the center of this air rift before the Defiant beat us there. We cannot allow them an artifact of such power! Focus the talisman at the invaders from the Plane of Air and close the Reliquary of the Storm Queen so that our soldiers can safely retrieve it and its contents. Show Crucia that the Vigil still stands against her and her brood!
