Description
The Kholum Apprentice carried the following dispatch: "Your honorable Duke, "The Twisted Horrors I created are twice as strong as the War Golems, but difficult to control. I am sending several overseers with devices to punish (and terminate) any troublemakers. Only six of these creatures exist, so use them wisely. "Doctor Vulos Kholum" Dragomir Rakovic, leader of the Order of Mathos, should be alerted immediately.

If you're wondering how to get to the trinket Adriana's Automatic Sneak-o-Matic, this is the missing story quest link. After doing every hub quest in Stillmoor that I could find, I still couldn't figure out how to get the last few story quests from Adriana Weaver leading to "New Blood." They start from this object quest way outside of a hub (coords above).
