Description
Long ago, the Runeguard dedicated a Locus to each of the gods and placed them throughout Moonshade Highlands. These devices enabled their controller to monitor the realm from afar, but may have been damaged when the Ward was sundered. They'd be useful if they could be reactivated.
Upon completion
From what you're saying, it sounds like the Loci may indeed still be functioning. Hopefully, they will stay active for us in the future. When we gain access to the city once again, we'll be able to utilize that system to its fullest. I have no doubt that day will come in my lifetime.
