Description
This device appears to be some contraption assembled from spare parts by Rawlte and Rawlte. In fact, you see a small note stuck to it that says "Don't forget to ask the Ascended to test the other Communicators."
Upon completion
The Communicators are all functional and will allow you to ask Rawlte and Rawlte about the opponents lurking within the Infernal Dawn: Laethys Chronicle.
