The Frozen Army
Watcher Isicar has tasked you with using Thedeor's Fire to destroy the frozen soldiers within Howling Caves and making sure none have yet been freed.Description
There can be little doubt now - the Storm Legion has found members of Crucia's ancient army frozen within the Howling Caves. Scouts tell us they are already attempting to free those soldiers. If they're successful, it will mean dark days ahead for all of Telara. Destroying the still frozen soldiers the Storm Legion has already uncovered must be one of our top priorities, and we can only hope they have not yet freed any of them!
Upon completion
It is as we've feared. The technology and assistance from the Abyssal has allowed the Storm Legion to begin freeing the Frozen Army. Each of those soldiers would have been responsible for countless deaths had they been freed. We can only hope the knowledge of this died in the cave with the cultists and this arbiter you battled.
