Description
This place is far from Telara, but my ability to do the Vigil's work transcends all bounds, including the dream world. I have had a vision but I cannot do this alone. The Vigil has shown me innocent Entrapped Souls upon this plane that must be freed. I saw in this vision that these Entrapped Souls can be found within the Sanctuary of Phydrena.
