Bandit Orders

This Plan of Attack goes into great detail, exposing weaknesses in the defenses at Breaker's Camp and Whitefall Lift. The orders demand that both sites be destroyed to prevent any more interference from outsiders and death to anyone who stands in the bandits' way.

These attacks were planned all too well for a simple band of bandits. I'll make sure that this information gets into the hands of the Icewatch. Now that we know when and where to expect them, we'll have a nice surprise waiting.
