Description
The Storm Legion has been swelling their ranks by shattering the minds of prisoners. Commissar Typhiria oversees this process, a master of manipulation only seconded by her queen. We've just learned Typhiria is overseeing one of these facilities in Storm Hold, but if we attack in force, she will disappear into the shadows. Infiltrate the facility and get to Commissar Typhiria before she knows what is happening.
