Description

This Warped Cultist Skull used to belong to a human. Now its erratically twisted cheekbones and jaw lines look almost feral. This cultist seems to have subjected herself to Abyssal metamorphosis.

Upon completion

I can hardly believe this skull belonged to a human female. It is nearly twice the size of a normal skull, and horribly deformed! The Abyssal have mastered some dark and mysterious arts.

This quest starts from an item called: Warped Cultist Skull This item is dropped by the Transformed Cultist located at the Iceworks Laboratory at the location: 2855, 2336. I had to kill him a couple of times before it dropped for me. Just jump the shards until you get the item.
