To be honest, it doesn't sound like Thedeor provided much in the way of actionable intelligence, but that's the Vigil for you. All that power and knowledge, but when you need their help, well, you better be prepared to do for yourself. Still, Shyla is right that we should at least try to gain their assistance. Bahralt is the god of community and craftsmanship. Ask him to craft us a god-cannon to annihilate Arak and his foreign gods.

Bahralt says that we are weaker alone, like Arak separated from his delusions? So, instead of a god-cannon, he provides an aphorism. And the Guardians wonder why the Defiants went our own way? Maybe Arak isn't the only one with delusions.
