Cardinal Fiach wants you to enter the Realm of the Fae as an expert, and find the Wellspring of Greenscale's power. Weaken the Wellspring and then pierce it with the Obsidian Arrow.- Pierce the Wellspring of Power with the Obsidian Arrow

Description
You are an expert in the Realm of the Fae. You have defeated Twyl and his servants, and seen the betrayal of Hylas. Now it is time to seek out and destroy the Wellspring of power that feeds the magic of that place. The Wellspring will be guarded by some of Greenscale's most powerful servitors, and it is not without its own power. Use the Obsidian Arrow and pierce the heart of the Wellspring. It will remember the sting of the arrow, and whither.
Upon completion
We felt the shaking of the Realm of the Fae even here in Sanctum. The Wellspring was the conduit to faetouched power which Twyl cultivated over the centuries of Greenscale's imprisonment, that was then seized by Hylas when he took the Crown of Seasons. The faeries and the Aelfwar have lost their connection to Greenscale, they no longer can feed like a parasite upon the sleeping dragon. You have won a decisive victory against the fae cults.
