I have talked much of Draum's reclamation of the seas; now it is time for you see it for yourself. As Draum passed above us, he called the seas back to him to reclaim the tidal energy contained within. Go to the Spout, charge yourself with power from the tidal vortexes, and immerse yourself in the Spout. This is the path to cosmic understanding. If not of Draum, then of other powers in the seas.

The Akvan threaten not just our reef, but all of the dreams of the Risar. They will destroy the seas until all is dark and the cosmos have broken down to their primordial state. Then the Akvan will feast upon the wreckage, and we will be thralls to their power.
