This failed for me and when I abandoned it, Sir Martyn didn't offer it to me again.

I accepted this quest a while back, but didn't have time to do the escort, so it failed. When I recently looked for it again, I found Sir Martyn at Kain's Command but he didn't offer it to me. I then found him at Shatterbone Hold at 1094, 3365 and that's where I restarted it.
