With the demise of the great dragons, there have been reports of their raw power arriving across all of Telara in the form of Dragon Motes. They seem to appear at random intervals. Seek them out while you are adventuring, and you are sure to come across one. They look like the orbs sitting on the pedestals near me. I've learned a few things about harnessing their power. Return one of their cores to me, and I will give you a portion of its refined power. The rest we will use to advance our knowledge of the planes.
