Description
Nadir Plaza is home to a very special library. A repository of books from many worlds and times, some vaguely remembered in the unconscious, others a brief, epiphanous burst of creativity eventually lost in the Dreaming Seas. The library has them all. But Arak has summoned an Avarice dragon, and now, his nightmares are using all that knowledge to make super weapons. It's just like everyone feared.
Upon completion
Orphiel's machinery was the key? What is it with that guy? He makes the most amazing toys, but always seems to be absent during the pivotal moments in history. Or nightmare reenactments of fake history. The point is that I wanted to meet him, to see what makes him tick. Shy geniuses scare me. They've got something to hide.
