Description
Lord Arak is a dream of gods who exist aboard a vessel outside this cosmos. To defeat him, you must strike before the deities awaken, but we must first get closer to the edge of the cosmos. I will open a portal to the point of entry. Meet me on the other side and Aia will use the Oculon to bring you across the Ether.

Listen, [%Name], it's true - I did come from another cosmos on a mission to destroy this one... but that was centuries ago! Instead, I chose to live among you. I set my vessel to sleep and left it in the Ether, never thinking to see it again. Look how badly it has deteriorated! How was I to know its dreams would take form in the Plane of Water?
