Travel to Harlan's Lament and confront the rogue Arcane Hand researcher Podoxavus before he can harm anyone else.Description
It's terrible, but we've lost one of our own to madness. Podoxavus was one of our most powerful mages, but he's become obsessed with the Enkarus, and seeks to set himself up as their king. He killed two of our people who tried to reason with him. He must be stopped.
Upon completion
That was a grim business, but it had to be done. Podoxavus was given his chance. Now his fate will serve as a warning to other mages who believe their power gives them the right to force their dominion upon others.
