Description
Cultists like the Abyssal are the moths in the weave of our world, and they don't even know it. I've seen them littering Acrid Basin with strange ritual totems, wielding odd magics like there were no consequences. I know better. We must destroy the cultists' rituals! Report back to me anything interesting you discover.

What's this you say? The Totems were made up of a combination of death magic and water magic? I have an idea what's going on now. The inscriptions you describe sound like a spell to fuse these two types of magic and collect it for later use. The Abyssal must be preparing for some sort of elaborate ritual.
