This glowing, gooey substance is stronger than it looks. Within the ooze is a structure like honeycomb, yet stronger than steel. It appears the planar creatures use this material to reinforce their strongholds. Zirina Yor at Solstice Tower will want to see this strange substance immediately.

What is this stuff? Oh, I've seen this before. It seems to be the same muck we've found encasing planar strongholds in the Dendrome. We believe the planar armies and their commanders, the Planarchs, are building these strongholds to harness the residual power scattered across the Dendrome.
