Description

Yeah, the Pelagic Order is a little... aggressive towards us. Aggro, if you would. It's not like I can blame them; they're all immortal dreams, so they remember what happened when our ancestors first built a colony in this dimension. You see, we fell asleep, and then our dreams came to life. And some of those dreams were nightmares that slaughtered the colony and corrupted the ocean. But that was years ago! We've totally gotten it under control now.

Upon completion

Now you see some of the challenges that we have to deal with here on the Plane of Water. Finding a way to breathe was the easy part. It's the dangers of sleeping that we never considered... and the dangers of not sleeping.

Step 1: Talk to Peshana Step 2: Repeatedly click on the Dream Initiator until it you can collect 4 items from the pedestal. It may port you unexpectedly to the upper rise, just run back down and try again. Not every item that appears on the pedestal is collectible. Step 3: Use the quest item on Sleep Deprived Ghar until a nightmare spawns.
