Soloman Dewey is trying to recruit people to help him recover intact Rune Vessels in the Runemaster's Library in Hammerknell. The Guardians are trying to get to them first and being quite a roadblock. Speak with Soloman about how you can help.

Ah, Ascended, I'm glad you've come! We recently gained access to the Runemaster's Library in Hammerknell. A number of well-preserved artifacts and tomes of ancient power were contained there when the city fell. As it usually goes, when something powerful and possibly enlightening is discovered, and the Guardians' first reaction is to destroy it. They have converged on the Library, trying to torch its secrets. We must not let them!
