Description
Mina Torres has volunteered to accept Asha's request. I understand she is to be trained in the art of war. She is headstrong and book smart and should not disappoint. I cannot promise your safety outside of this tower, but Balin has told me that the fora village of Kilcual is yet to be discovered by the Storm Legion. Take Mina there and rally. We shall keep the Eye of the Storm fixed firmly upon us for as long as we are able. I only hope it is long enough.
Upon completion
The fora of Kilcual are who we were, Ascended. They are what we fight for. Regretfully, in order to preserve our innocence it must first be abandoned. This is the price of war. Balin knows this better than any of us. We look to him now for guidance, and eventually; redemption.
