Description
Every day more and more skelf come up from the seas to join Finric and her Rhenke. However, the climb up Tarken's Ascent can be a treacherous one. Every skelf you can save is one more to rebuild Kamoho and join the Cerulean Rhenke!
Upon completion
The ranks of the Rhenke continue to swell with fish-brothers!

From Tarken Glacier's Tarken Ascent Portal, run down South to the water, go through the water and back into the air at the top of Headfell farms where the Skelf are climbing up out of Draumheim. From there /tar pil or /tar snap - the Skelf Pilgrims are fighting Angered Snapclaws.
By the way, try not to fall off the path, it's slightly irritating having to climb back up to hand in.
