This Runic Shard came from an Abyssal cultist. The markings on its surface suggest it's from Runic Descent, located within Moonshade Highlands. Perhaps investigating that area will reveal why the Abyssal cult is focused on slaughtering dwarves.
Upon completion
The Crystal Remembrancer hums to life, projecting an image of General Stanig from when he was alive.
