Proof of Concept
Use the Planar Acuity Ray to kill creatures from the Winds of Ill Fortune rift on the Howling Plateau and then seal the Reliquary of the Storm Queen in the center of the air rift. Speak to Radav the Wise at Scarwood Ridge when you are done.- Kill creatures from the Winds of Ill Fortune rift

Description
Alright, [%NAME], let's see if that thing Radav gave you is worth a darn. Take it to the rift from the Plane of Air north of here and wipe out all the planar creatures you find. The Reliquary of the Storm Queen is keeping the air rift open, so you need to shut it or be overwhelmed by elementals. Can we count on you?

So, the Planar Acuity Ray was a success? The defenders of the Reliquary had no chance against the technology of the Defiants. I wonder if a larger version would affect the Storm Queen herself? We should build one in case Crucia pays us a visit.
