Ascended, it is good you came by. I am Kum Rhadi, the Spirit Keeper of these plains. Since returning to Telara the air spirits inhabiting the Spirit Kites have started to become unstable, even hostile towards us. Sadly there is nothing we can do for their physical forms but we can commit their spirits to the wind where they can be purified and reborn in the next generation. Please kill corrupted Spirit Kites then use this wind blessed fan to send the spirits on their way.
