Deliver Rakthug's Key to Afanas Inna in Trollblight Caverns.Description
This key was hanging from Rakthug's neck. Considering it was lashed to the toughest troll in the cave, whatever this key unlocks could be important.
Upon completion
The key! You found it! I'm the last survivor of those sent to find the missing villagers. We weren't expecting to find Aelfwar, and they set upon our group before we could react. I need to report back to Ilya Matriosha and tell her what I've learned.

one of the most annoying quests, take care not to get lost like i did 4 times in here, although if you have AoE you can go up a level in here easy.
You will also come out with a couple stacks of Linen Cloth and the Aelfwar Eradication achievement.
After you turn this in there is an escort quest, but there is a shortcut out of here.
