Craft a Dreamer's Balm.Description
Some of my people complain that their dreams are no longer pleasing to them. To solve this, I've made a recipe for a balm that may influence dreams for the better. However, crafting this Dreamer's Balm takes a mortal's touch. Take the recipe, and please be careful with the Frozen Enzymatic Tear I'll provide. Do you know how difficult it is to make a Zirthan Dreamleech cry?
