Description

We must destroy this Oculon, [%NAME]. It is an artifact of unknown creation that seems to be powered by the dissolution of our cosmos. Its sole purpose is destruction, and I fear it will doom any who try to keep it from this dread intent. I pray you will escape such consequences. The monks within the temple know a ritual that may help. We have used it in the past on Akvan artifacts that were incompatible with our reality. It should be of use here. Hurry.

Capturing and destroying that - thing - has made a huge impact. The Bloodfire Army had thought to push out from their fortress unopposed, using the incredible power of their Oculons to decimate the reef. With the destruction of these artifacts, they must pull back to their fortress in the Tree of Gyel. You've brought us our first victory in Goboro Reef, but the Calceron Sea and the rest of the plane of water will not be safe until this infernal menace is driven out entirely.

Go through the portal behind the questgiver. The spirits have to be manually targeted and are floating around the air. The priests are alive at first and then start dying one by one. Altar fires light themselves one by one as well.
