Need to right click a pile of 'Firebrand Construct Scraps' at 3785, 2300 to get the quest. Completion/hand-in of this quest leads to the daily quest 'Superchargers' to get 2 "Plaque of the Mountaineer" tokens.

I didn't find a pile of anything at this location 3785, 2300 mentioned above, but this is where the puzzle is in Iron Pine Peaks. I DID find the pile of construct parts at 3745, 2080. Screenshot added. They're in Mage's Mark, North a little and down a small ravine so you can't see them from Firebrand's hut.
