I'm not foolish enough to use this Transmitter in town. The Vigil would never forgive me! Instead, why don't you open it at Bahralt's Anvil? Bahralt himself protects it. Get it open and find out who's behind the sacrifices at Twilit Stand and the presence of the Azure Blade in Moonshade.

So Gorvaht yet lives. The tales say he's a satyr who was possessed by a demon just as the power of Regulos consumed this region two decades ago. Some say he's connected to the death magic in Hammerknell Fortress itself. If he spoke of destroying Moonshade, we're in trouble.
