I'm glad you've arrived, [%name]. The last time I was here at Talos Landing, we Kelari were boarding boats bound for Freemarch. Since then, malicious spirits have infested the temple. We must learn to remake pacts with the spirits, but first we need to secure the area from their interference.

Wonderful! With the spirits dispersed, I can start setting up the devices we'll need to make this temple our own. You, however, would be well advised to start reforging the ancient pacts with the local spirits. I can provide some aid, but I am somewhat handicapped when it comes to relations with spirits.
