Description
Nightmares have many vectors of attack. Though they pour through nightmare rifts from the Plane of Water, they can also manifest directly from the dreams of all Telarans. We've heard rumblings that they have their sights on Tempest Bay and are attempting to insert operatives. Go to your city and wake your fellow citizens by any means necessary. You must stop the invasion.
Upon completion
The nightmares are clearly disturbed by your recent efforts, Ascended. By attacking your home city of Tempest Bay, they hoped to distract you, to pull you away from the true fight against nightmares. Now you must go even deeper into the rifts.
