Loras Tivan wants you to find and speak with an ascetic named Niall Adnar in Overwatch Keep.Description
If we do nothing, Hylas will unleash Kongeegon, and Silverwood will be ruined. The Vigil must intervene! Niall Adnar is an eccentric who lives in the Overwatch Keep. The Aelfwar think him harmless, but his knowledge of the gods may help you defeat Prince Hylas.
Upon completion
Loras is correct - a life of contemplation has given me insight into the Vigil. I've kept out of the Aelfwar conflict, hoping my peaceful example would lead them to reexamine their views, but if they plan to summon Kongeegon, it is time for other methods.
